Summary

This extension does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any data. Everything it stores stays on your device, inside your browser's own local storage. There are no servers, no analytics, no third-party services, and no network requests of any kind.

What the extension accesses, and why

• Downloads — used to redirect where a file is saved (into a subfolder of your Downloads directory), based on the rules you configure. The extension never reads the contents of a downloaded file.
• Active tab URL — read at the moment a download starts, to determine which site or page it came from so the right folder rule can be applied. This URL is compared against the rules you've saved and is never stored, logged, or sent anywhere.
• Local storage — used to remember the folder rules and default folder you configure, so they persist between browser sessions. This data lives only in your browser's local storage for this extension and is never synced to any external service by the extension itself.

Data sharing

None. This extension has no backend, makes no network requests, and does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking service.

Data retention and deletion

Your saved folder rules and default folder remain in your browser's local storage until you remove them from the extension's settings, or until you uninstall the extension, at which point Chrome deletes all of its stored data automatically.

Children's privacy

This extension does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information at all.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this same page with a revised "last updated" date.
